Boy's Update December 3 # resiliant

The boys played two games this week.

The 8th grade boys fell to St. Patrick by two points after cruising to an early 12-0 lead spurred on by the defense and transition of Nick Murphy.  The boys did not quite recover after Nick sat out with an injury, but they played their heart out.

On Tuesday, the boys regrouped and beat Mesa 39 to 24 behind 21 points from Noah Tugade, strong defense from Patrick Sua'Fa, and stout rebounding from Aidan Moriarity.  Gavin Langford contributed with several key stops defensively.

The 7th grade also fell to St. Patrick on Monday but regrouped Tuesday and beat Mesa 37 to 16.  They were led by Utah Leedom with 11 points, Eli Graves with 9 points and several steals, and Ian MacDonald who continues to attack the boards for key rebounds.

The boys will not play again until Tuesday, December 9th when they travel to Paulding.  Their next home game will be December 10 at 4 pm where they will host Atascadero.
